The investor increased his fortune with eight billion dollars in spite of the financial crisis that influenced the whole world in comparaison with Bill Gates who lost about 1.5 billion dollars of his fortune. Forbes calculated that Buffett owns about 58 billion dollars while Gates owns about 57 billion dollars. As a result, the owner of Berkshire Hathaway, one of the most succesful banks of the world, is the richest american.
