ECB does it over again

The ECB pumps for the second time money in Euro countries. The institution will lend banks 75,2 billion Euros, with an interest rate by 1%. According to the ECB, 589 banks signed up already, but the banks are less interested than in June 2009 (same offer). The loans aim for pushing the capital flows and contributing the economic revival.

The ECB pumps for the second time [needs to go at the back of the sentence] money in Euro countries. The institution will lend banks 75,2[comma becomes a full stop in English] billion Euros, with an interest rate by 1%[at an interest rate of 1%]. According to the ECB, 589 banks signed up already, but the banks are less interested than in June 2009 (same offer). The loans aim for pushing [aim to push and contribute to] the capital flows and contributing the economic revival.

Good single focus: banks and ECB. Accuracy fails in 'details', yet details matter at this level.
